I’ve spent many years working in healthcare, a field I chose with the desire to help people. As the years have gone by, I’ve learned more and more about natural, holistic approaches and am so excited to be able to now offer my services in an office setting! I’m a certified Systems Health Care practitioner and nutrition health coach, specialized in identifying and addressing imbalances in the body through muscle testing and other holistic techniques.

My goal is to uncover the root cause of your health challenges and identify the specific support your body needs so it can heal as God created it to…providing lasting results. We’ll focus on not only physical health but emotional, spiritual, and social health as well. I want you to feel your best so you can live the life you desire, not the life your poor health requires.

I did a google search willing to try anything to relieve the pain. I came across Rooted Wellness and it has been the biggest blessing. Wesleigh is so knowledgeable about the body and helps you get to the root cause of issues. I have been telling everyone to go see her and cannot recommend her enough. She had neck pain that went away instantly after seeing Wes! For me she was  very professional and told me what she was doing every step of the way! I’ve been looking into treatment to help with some heath concern..she makes me feel relaxed & is very Thorough with her examinations. & my theories with  these concerns.. Asked me where I wanted to be. In the 2 weeks. One of the many is on the mend & very happy with the results . I’d say I am a relatively healthy person, but she was able to find and target things that my body was lacking. She recommended supplements to help correct and restore my body’s full ability to work and function correctly. Her manual muscle testing was also mind blowing. She helped relieve my back tension in just one short session. If she can help me with just the littlest complaints, I know she would work wonders for those experiencing multiple issues.
