Hi I'm Wesleigh!
I’ve spent many years working in healthcare, a field I chose with the desire to help people. As the years have gone by, I’ve learned more and more about natural, holistic approaches and am so excited to be able to now offer my services in an office setting!
I’m a certified Systems Health Care practitioner and nutrition health coach, specialized in identifying and addressing imbalances in the body through muscle testing and other holistic techniques.
My goal is to uncover the root cause of your health challenges and identify the specific support your body needs so it can heal as God created it to…providing lasting results. We’ll focus on not only physical health but also emotional, spiritual, and social health as well.
I want you to feel your best so you can live the life you desire, not the life your poor health requires. Let’s walk towards wellness together!

My Journey into Natural Healing
Ephesians 2:10: For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.
I found myself desperate for answers
I found myself desperate for answers to my health issues and didn’t find them in conventional medicine. I felt hopeless and let down by the medical world I’d been immersed in my entire life but especially during my time as a pharmacist.
Gut health supplements changed my health
Gut health supplements changed my health in 2015 and opened my mind to a more holistic approach. Find more information HERE. Over the last decade, I’ve seen thousands of lives impacted by simply supporting the body and allowing it to function the way it was meant to
I was introduced to Systems Health Care
In 2023, I was introduced to Systems Health Care (SHC) and was, again, amazed at how God created our bodies to heal. My son’s allergy and breathing issues were dramatically improved during and after his SHC visit. My long-term bladder issues were resolved after a couple of visits as well. As our family continued to see results, I felt God leading me to learn this technique so He could use me to help others using SHC. In 2024, my studies to learn applied kinesiology and SHC began and I became certified in February 2025

The Systems Health Care Technique

The Systems Health Care Technique

What is applied Kinesiology
Systems Health Care uses basic applied methods and techniques that began their origins over 50 years ago. Applied kinesiology (AK) is a diagnostic system that is used to evaluate a person’s Triad of Health – Structural, Chemical, and Emotional. AK providers are licensed to diagnose & are most often chiropractors, although some medical doctors, dentists, psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and other healing physicians practice applied kinesiology. AK was founded by Dr. George Goodheart, a chiropractor, in 1964.
AK employs muscle testing with other standard methods of diagnosis. This is very important to understand as many people perform muscle testing to diagnose what may be going on with a person’s health. This type of muscle testing can be misused and an oversimplified type of testing which is not AK. Manual muscle testing (MMT) is a form of biofeedback and is a vital assessment tool as a diagnostic mechanism to evaluate a patient. Proper MMT involves a sensory component (input) and a motor component (output) often in addition to other physiological variables such as olfactory, gustatory, mechanoreceptor and other “challenges.” Manual biofeedback in the form of muscle testing provides for a real-time testing to properly monitor and evaluate the patient’s nervous system response and changes via the dynamics of the musculoskeletal system. A specific MMT evaluates the status of the anterior horn motor neuron pool and is determined to be either facilitated (“strong”), conditionally inhibited (“weak”), or over-facilitated (unable to inhibit or “over-strong”). This process, along with a thorough patient history, including both orthopedic and neurological testing and often laboratory work, is necessary to achieve a thorough understanding of a person’s health problems and how to best deal with them. Muscle testing is an art – knowing what the muscle response (or lack thereof) indicates, is the science. Muscle testing performed without other forms of evaluation or by an unskilled practitioner is typically no better than a psychic reading.
AK is diagnostic; it is not a treatment procedure. A skilled AK provider can employ various treatment methods such as chiropractic manipulation, cranial techniques, myofascial release or trigger point therapy, acupressure, nutritional or dietary changes/counseling, exercise therapies, and emotional techniques as well as other procedures to help the patient restore their health. The treatment is tailored to fit the patient based off the findings during the examination.
